How to report technical problems so our team can investigate and fix them quickly.


What to include

Help us fix issues faster:

  • What happened — Clear description of the problem

  • What you expected — What should have happened instead

  • Steps to reproduce — How to make the bug happen again

  • Screenshots or recordings — Visual evidence is incredibly helpful

  • Device and browser — e.g., "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone 15"

  • Your account email — So we can follow up

📝 The more details you provide, the faster we can identify and resolve the issue.


Where to report

Email[email protected]envelope with "BUG:" in the subject line

Discord — Post in the support channel. Moderators will route your report.


What happens next

  1. Our team reviews your report

  2. We may reach out for additional information

  3. We investigate the root cause

  4. We implement a fix based on severity

Fix timelines depend on complexity and impact.


Urgent issues

⚠️ For urgent bugs affecting payment, reward access, or account security, include "URGENT:" in your email subject.

We prioritize issues that impact core functionality.


Not a bug?

  • Account or campaign questions → Support Channels

  • Feature requests → Email with "FEEDBACK" in subject

Bug reports are specifically for technical problems and errors.
