Refund Policy
Oshi's refund and dispute policy. All contributions are final. Learn about chargebacks and how disputes are handled.
All contributions to the GATE 2 campaign are final. Once you participate, that decision is permanent.
⚠️ Contributions are non-refundable. Please review rewards and pricing carefully before participating.
Why no refunds
When you participate, several things happen immediately:
Your rank progresses
Rewards are allocated to your account
Your position in the community is established
Resources are committed to fulfilling your rewards
Allowing refunds would impact the entire system. If someone could rank up, receive rewards, and then reverse their contribution, it would create challenges for fulfillment and community fairness.
This is standard for campaign-based platforms. When you choose to participate, you're making a commitment.
Where your contribution goes

Your experience — Rewards, access, and content you unlock.
Platform operations — Running and maintaining Oshi.
Creator Reward Pool — Sharing success with animators, directors, writers, and staff.
Once these systems are in motion, they can't be reversed.
What if something goes wrong
Payment error (charged but nothing received) — Contact support immediately. We'll investigate and make it right.
Changed your mind — We understand, but the contribution still stands. Take time to think through your decision before participating.
Rewards not arriving — That's different from a refund issue. Contact support and we'll track down what's happening with your specific rewards.
📝 We're here to help with any issues—but the contribution itself is final once made.
