### About the Work

Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force members, Petty Officer Second Class Tokushima Hajime and Captain Etajima Goro, set sail across a distant sea in the Special Region called the Avion Sea in order to rescue a kidnapped American journalist, and infiltrate the trading nation of Tinae.

There they encounter Princess Primera Luna Avion of Tinae, Shura no Arch, a descendant of a righteous pirate, and Odette Ze Nebula, a girl of the winged imperial species (Avi).

Island nations vying for supremacy, an unidentified monster, and unimaginable hardships, can they survive this new sea?
